Fit photos & privacy

Photo contributions are voluntary and are intended for our public mannequin fit library. The owner manually edits and reviews each image. Original photos, personal likeness, names, emails and order numbers are not published in the fit library.

Private photo review

I confirm that these photos are mine to submit and that any person shown has authorized their use for this contribution. I authorize Whited Sepulcher's owner to privately view, download and manually edit my photos into mannequin images showing the garment's fit. My original photos and personal likeness must remain private and must not appear in the public fit library. This permission does not authorize model training or public use of my original photos.

Public mannequin examples

I understand that this photographic contribution is for the public Whited Sepulcher fit library. I give Whited Sepulcher nonexclusive permission to display approved mannequin versions of my photos with the purchased garment, size, fit feedback and relevant fit comparisons so shoppers can assess fit. Published versions must remove my face, recognizable personal likeness, identifying tattoos and other identifying details while preserving the garment and its fit. My name, email, order number and original photos will not be published. Body proportions and fit information can still be sensitive; replacing my likeness does not guarantee anonymity. I can withdraw my contribution through my account or contact sepulcherwhited@gmail.com to request removal. Withdrawal stops future publication on the store; it cannot recall copies other people previously saved.

Permission covers the fit library and its product-page examples only. We do not use these photos for model training or unrelated advertising. A text-only fit review does not require photo-publication consent.

Removal and carts

Withdraw your contribution or request deletion from your fit account. Withdrawal hides public examples immediately. Deletion removes stored fit media and private measurements while retaining the payment audit needed to account for rewards. Copies previously saved by others cannot be recalled.

Storefront analytics

The shop records anonymous page views, listing clicks, catalog searches, add-to-cart, wishlist, checkout starts, and outbound affiliate taps so the house and contributor sellers can see which pieces attract visitors. We store a random cookie, the path, an optional listing slug, device class, and the external referrer host. We do not store IP addresses. Crypt, Atelier, and account pages are excluded. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not recorded.

We clear abandoned carts after 30 days without cart activity. Cart cleanup does not delete paid orders or unresolved payment records. Shipping recipient details remain private and are used to fulfill orders.
